非均衡运输条件下技术站能力计算方法的初步探讨

【摘要】 在深入分析既有的技术站能力计算体系及相关因素的基础上 ,提出了一套基于非均衡运输条件下的技术站能力计算公式体系 .该公式体系根据非均衡运输的特点 ,结合生产实际 ,引入了一个新的概念 :“3h阶段不均衡系数” ,用它的适当变形来代替了原有公式体系中的空费系数 .这不仅符合现实 ,而且可以更真实地反映出非均衡运输对技术站作业组织和能力的影响程度 .

【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the contradiction between traditional calculation methods of technological station’s capacity and existed unbalanced transportation conditions, then gives emphasis to analyze the influential factors of technological station capacity under unbalanced transportation. Through adjusting and improving the previous formula system, it proposes a new formula system based on unbalanced transportation. One of the obvious characteristics of the new formula system is that it leads a new concept-three hour level unbalanced coefficient with which it replaces the wasteful coefficient in previous formula system. This is not only in accord with reality, but also reflects the influential extent of unbalanced transportation to technological station operational organization and capacity.
