压力对颗粒增强铝与碳基材料摩擦系数的影响
Effects of Normal Pressure on Friction Coefficient in Particulate Reinforced Aluminum Against Carbon Matrix Composite
【摘要】 用自行研制的盘块式高速摩擦试验机 ,在滑动速度为 30m/s、法向载荷范围为 0 .1~0 .8MPa的条件下 ,试验观察了法向载荷对碳化硅颗粒增强 60 61铝复合材料与碳基材料摩擦系数的影响 .结果表明 :摩擦系数存在显著的压力依赖行为和摩擦过程初期的时间过渡行为 .在相对稳定阶段 ,摩擦系数的统计平均值随法向载荷增大经历先快速增大后缓慢减小 ,标准偏差与法向载荷的关系也显示出类似的变化趋势 .所有连续摩擦过程的初期 ,摩擦系数都经历一个从小到大的过渡变化 ,而过渡期的时间随着法向载荷的增大单调下降
【Abstract】 Effects of normal pressure on the friction coefficient were investigated for the dry sliding system of SiC particulate reinforced 6061 aluminum composite against carbon matrix material, on the self manufacture block on disc type high speed friction tester, under sliding velocity 30 m/s and normal pressure from 0.1 MPa to 0.8 MPa. The results showed that there was a remarkable load dependency behavior for friction coefficient and time transition behavior at the beginning of friction. In the stage of relatively stabilization, the statistical average of friction coefficient ascended swiftly and then descended slowly with normal pressure increase; it was the same tendency between friction coefficient standard deviation and normal pressure. For all of friction process, friction coefficient variation experienced ascent transition change, however, transition time decreased monotonously with normal pressure increase.
