【摘要】 2000年11月从山东泰安、临朐、诸城等地采集冠瘿瘤标本,经分离纯化及在指示植物向日葵上的致病性测定,共分离到致病性病原菌8株。经对26种供试植株的接菌试验,发现有20种植株得病。基于同一砧木或品种类型对不同菌株的抗性程度往往幅度很大,应采用多种菌株进行侵染试验。对8种樱桃砧木的抗性研究发现,不同砧木对不同致病菌的抗性不同。更多还原

【Abstract】 Isolating and purifying the specimen of crown gall from the areas of Tai’an,Linqu and Zhucheng,Shandong Province in November2000,and determining the pathogenicity on the indicator plant -sunflower,total8pathogenic fungi we re isolated.Inoculation testing on26host range plants,20of them got sick.More kinds of strains should be used for infection test,since there are quite di fferent of the resistance to different stains of the same type of rootstock or variety.There are different resistant to the various pathogenic fungi of8cherr y rootstocks.更多还原
