【摘要】 讨论了采用化学复合镀技术制备纳米碳管-(Ni-P)复合镀层的工艺技术,研究了纳米碳管对(Ni-P)复合镀层耐磨性及抗腐蚀性的影响,确定了纳米碳管-(Ni-P)复合镀层的最佳工艺条件。同时还讨论了高温退火对镀层硬度的影响;并利用透射电镜观察纳米碳管的形貌,利用扫描电镜观察复合镀层的结构特点。

【Abstract】 In this paper the technique and conditions of the synthesis of CNTs-Ni-P composite coating with electroless com posite plating have been studied.We also discussed the influence on the wear-re-sis tance and anti-corrasion of the Ni-P com posite coating with the CNTs .We found the best conditions to synthesize the CNTs-Ni-P composite coating from all above.At the same time after annealed in high temperature,the hardness of the composite coating has been observed.The SEM and the TEM were used to analyze the structure characters of the CNTs-Ni-P composite coating and the morphology of the CNTs respectively.
