LD泵浦单频Nd:YVO4绿光激光器
Diode-pumped Single-frequency Nd:YVO4 Green Laser
【摘要】 采用复合腔与布氏片相结合的方式实现单纵模的有效选取 ,LD采用紧贴式端面泵浦 ,通过精密调控Nd :YVO4 、KTP及泵浦源LD的温度以达到有关参数的最佳匹配 ,从而实现了稳定的单频绿光输出。在抽运功率为 5 0 0mW时 ,获得 38mW的单频连续稳定运转的 5 32nm的绿光输出 ,其光 -光转换效率为 7.6 %。
【Abstract】 The single-frequency operation of a LD end-pumped laser is realized by means of multi-cavities and a Brewster plate.The LD-pumped single-frequency green laser has been demonstrated by optimizing several parameters and cavity length,with precise temperature controlling of the Nd:YVO4,KTP and laser diode.When the incident pump power is 500 mW at 808 nm,38 mW single-frequency CW green laser at 532 nm is obtained,with the optical-to-optical conversion effciency of up to 7.6 % .
