对当前中小学教师继续教育的思考
On the Current Further Education of Primary and High School Teachers
【摘要】 分析当前开展中小学教师继续教育的必要性及继续教育过程中存在的问题,进而提出提高中小学教师继续教育实效的对策。
【Abstract】 The article analyses the importance of primary and high school teachers participation in further education and the problems existing in current further education.It puts forward the measures to increase the efficiency of further education.
