【Abstract】 On the issue of nationalities Sima Qian’s idea may be summed up as three principles of coexistence of nationalities,namely,equality of nationalities without differentiating the superior from the inferior,mutual respect and reciprocity of courtesy,and peaceful coexistence with mutual nonaggression.His idea surpassed the viewpoint of the predecessors on nationalities and is still significant to the moderns.更多还原
