【摘要】 目的　检测特发性血小板减少性紫癜 (ITP)病人及非免疫性血小板减少症病人的抗血小板特异性抗体 ,并探讨其临床意义。②方法　采用血小板相关抗体特性检测技术 (PAICA法 ) ,检测 5 2例ITP病人、31例非免疫性血小板减少症病人抗血小板GPⅡb/Ⅲa ,GPⅠb/Ⅸ的特异性抗体 ,并与血小板相关抗体IgG(PAIgG)检测结果进行了比较。③结果　血小板特异抗体检测的可能性比值及阳性预测值较高 ,但阴性预测值较低 ,而PAIgG检测的可能性比值、阳性预测值及阴性预测值均较低。④结论　血小板特异抗体检测对肯定ITP诊断有重要的意义 ,对排除ITP诊断意义不大更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective\ To evaluate the clinical significance of the autoantibodies against the platelet glycoproteins in the diagnosis of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP). \ Methods\ Anti GPⅡb/Ⅲa and anti GPⅠb/Ⅸ antibodies were detected by platelet associated IgG characterization assay (PAICA). \ Results\ The specific antiplatelet antibodies were less sensitive but much more specific for the diagnosis of idiopathic thrombocytopenia, and were considerably better in discriminating immune from nonimmune thrombocytopenia than platelet associated IgG (PAIgG). \ Conclusion\ The detection of specific antiplatelet antibodies is of great significance in confirmation of the diagnosis of ITP,but less significance in exclusion of it.更多还原
