【摘要】 目的 :提高对肺癌脑转移CT诊断的认识。方法 :回顾性分析 4 8例经手术及病理证实的肺癌脑转移的CT表现及特征。结果 :腺癌 2 1例 ,鳞癌 11例 ,小细胞癌 15例 ,细支气管肺泡癌 1例。多发灶 4 1例 ,单发灶 7例。CT发现脑部转移灶12 6个 ;囊性病灶 99个 ,实性病灶 16个 ,囊实性病灶 11个。幕上病灶 112个 ,幕下病灶 14个。结论 :CT对肺癌脑转移有重要的诊断价值更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To improve CT diagnosis of pulmonary carcinoma cerebral metastases.Methods:CT fingdings of 48 cases of pulmonary carcinoma cerebral metastases,confirmed by operation and pathology were analysed retrospectively.Results:Among the 48 cases of pulmonary carcinoma 21 were adenocarcinoma,11 were squamous cell carcinoma,15 were small cell pulmonary carcinoma and 41 cases were multipl and 7 cases were single was bronchiolo alveolar carcinoma.We found 126 cerebral metastic lesions by CT,and among them,99 lesions were cystic,16 lesions were solid and 11 lesions were cyst solid.One hundred twelve lesions were up the tentorium cerebelli,14 lesions were down the tentorium cerebrally.Conclusions:CT has important diagnostic value for pulmonary carcinoma cerebral metastases.更多还原
