【摘要】 目的 :探讨白内障超声乳化术后应用肾上腺皮质激素类与术后葡萄膜炎的关系。方法 :回顾性分析 2 8例 2 8眼白内障超声乳化手术平稳后发生葡萄膜炎的发生时间和频率。结果 :2 8眼中有 2 2眼在术后 2个月内、6眼在 2～ 16个月内发生葡萄膜炎。在 2个月内发病的 2 2眼中由于手术眼用药频率不够 ,16眼停用肾上腺皮质激素类 3～ 5天后发病 ,发生葡萄膜炎 2 2眼病例加大药量后均治愈。结论 :白内障超声乳化术后葡萄膜炎大多数发生在术后 2个月内 ,与肾上腺皮质激素类用量不足、时间不够长有关。建议术眼滴用肾上腺皮质激素类眼药水不少于 2个月 ,初时足量 ,逐步减量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the correlation between the use of adrenal cortex hormones and uveitis after phacoemulsification.Methods:The time and frequency of uveitis occurence in 28 eyes(28 cases) who were finding to be stable after cataract operation were studied retrospectively.Results:Twenty two eyes got uveitis in 2 months time after operation and the rest 6 eyes got uveitis in 3 to 6 months.Of 22 the eyes 6 eyes developed uveitisin 2 months,6 were due to insufficient use of adrenal cortex hormones,16 eyes developed uveitis because of stopping the use of adrenal cortex hormones in 3 to 5 days.All cases were healed after adding dosage.Conclusions:The post operative uveitis usually occur within 2 months after phacoemulsificasion,which is associated with insufficient use of adrenal cortex hormones.We advise that adrenal cortex hormones be used no less than 2 months and the dosage be reduced step by step after operation.更多还原
