【摘要】 目的 :探讨闭合性直肠肛管损伤诊治原则。方法 :回顾性总结 13例闭合性直肠肛管损伤的资料 ,对闭合性直肠肛管损伤按病因、临床表现、误诊原因、治疗方法进行分析。结果 :治愈 12例 ,死亡 1例 ;切口感染 8例 ,并发空肠瘘 1例。结论 :早诊断、早手术是降低病死率的主要方法 ,术式的选择与明确诊断时间有关更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore effective approaches for treatment of closed anorectal trauma.Methods:The clinical data of 13 cases of closed anorectal trauma were summerized and the causes,clinical findings,reasons for misdiagnosis and methods of operation were analyzed.Results:Twelve patients were cured and 1 patient died.Infectious incision occured in 8 cases and concomitant intestinal fistula in 1 case.Conclusions:Early diagnosis and prompt operation are the main approaches to reduce the mortality rate,and the choice of operation methods depends on the time of explicit diagnosis.更多还原
