【摘要】 目的 :探讨胃原发性非霍奇金淋巴瘤的临床表现、误诊原因及胃镜下形态特点。方法 :回顾性分析经病理证实的胃原发性非霍奇金淋巴瘤 19例。结果 :多为青壮年男性 ,主要临床表现是腹痛、纳差、恶心、黑便、发热、体重下降。本病术前误诊率高 ,本组误诊率为 84 .2 %。胃镜下主要形态特点是 :多发性结节或肿块 ;粗大的黏膜皱襞 ;多发性溃疡或巨大溃疡。结论 :提高临床医师对本病胃镜下形态特点的认识 ,是早期发现、及时治疗、延长患者生存期的关键更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the clinical manifestation,cause of misdiagnosis and characteristics of gastroendoscopy in patients with gastric primary non Hodgkin’s lymphoma(GPL).Methods:Nineteen cases with GPL(from 1980 to 1999) were analyzed retrospectively.Results:The result showed that most patients were males of 27 to 40 years of age.Among the 19 patients,the major clinical manifestations were abodminal pain,anorexia,nausea,melena,fever and loss of body weight.The misdiognosis rate was high(84.2%) before operation.The primary findings in gastroendscopy were multiple nodes or masses,coarse plica mucosa and multiple ulcers or giant ulcer.Conclusions:Better comprehension of the appearance in gastroendoscopy is the key to early diagnosis and treatment.更多还原
