【摘要】 目的 :探讨单层吻合在食管、贲门癌手术中的应用价值。方法 :对 1 361例食管、贲门癌切除 ,食管胃单层吻合的资料进行分析 ,统计其并发症的发生率 ,与其他吻合方法进行比较。结果 :吻合口瘘发生率 2 .87% ,吻合口狭窄发生率 8.0 1 % ,胃食管反流发生率 9.99%。结论 :单层吻合操作简便 ,手术时间短 ,不增加术后并发症的发生率 ,且吻合口狭窄发生率较低 ,是一种比较理想的吻合方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the applicability of single layer anastomosis technique for the resection of esophageal and cardiac carcinoma.Methods:From 1990 to 1999,1 361 cases were surgically treated by radical resection of esophageal and cardiac carcinoma.The technique of single layer esophagogastrostomy was used.The data of 1 361 cases were analyzed and compared with those using other anastomosis methods.Results:Anastomotic leakage occured in 39 cases(2.87%),anastomotic stricture in 109(8.01%) and anastomotic regurgitation in 136(9.99%).Conclusions:The operative procedure of single layer anastomosis is simple and the operative time short.It won’t increase operative complications or the incidence of anastomotic stricture.Single layer anastomosis is an ideal esophagogastrostomy.更多还原
