【摘要】 目的 :探讨氧化修饰低密度脂蛋白 (oxLDL)、脂蛋白 (a) [Lp(a) ]、载脂蛋白A1 (ApoA1 )及载脂蛋白B1 0 0 (ApoB1 0 0 )在原发性高血压 (EH)发病、进展中的作用。方法 :应用双抗夹心ELISA法和免疫比浊法测定EH患者血液中oxLDL、Lp(a)、ApoA1 及ApoB1 0 0 含量。结果 :EH患者血液中oxLDL和ApoB1 0 0 明显高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 5和P <0 .0 0 1 ) ,Lp(a)和ApoA1与正常对照组差异以及各项性别、年龄间差异均无显著性 (P >0 .0 5)。结论 :oxLDL、ApoB1 0 0 参与EH的病理过程 ,其升高是EH常伴有动脉粥样硬化的重要机制之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the relation of lipoprotein and apolipoprotein with the pathogenesis of essential hypertension(EH).Methods:The levels of oxidatively modified low density lipoprotein(oxLDL),lipoprotein(a),apolipoprotein A\-1(ApoA\-1) and apolipoprotein B 100 (ApoB 100 ) in plasma or serum of patients with EH were determined by sandwich ELISA and immunoturbimetric method.Results:The levels of plasma oxLDL and serum ApoB 100 of EH group were obviously higher than those of normal control group( P < 0.05 and P <0.001).The differences of Lp(a) and ApoA\-1 in EH group from those in normal control group were not significant( P >0.05).There were no significant differences of sex and age between EH group and normal control group( P >0.05).Conclusions:OxLDL and ApoB 100 in the blood take part in pathologic course of EH and their decreases may be one of the important mechanisms of EH often accompanied by atherosclerosis(AS).更多还原
