【摘要】 目的 :探讨老年人血栓性脑梗死与血压、血脂及胰岛素水平之间的关系。方法 :对 12 0例老年人血栓性脑梗死患者血压、血脂及胰岛素水平情况进行调查及相关分析。结果 :老年人血栓性脑梗死患者血压、血脂及胰岛素水平明显高于对照组(P <0 .0 5～P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 :老年人血栓性脑梗死与高血压、高脂血症及胰岛素抵抗密切相关 ,几种疾病可互相并存 ,相互加重 ,要重视这些疾病早期诊断、治疗和预防更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the relations between cerebral infarction in the aged and the level of blood pressure,blood lipid and blood insulin.Methods:One hundred and twenty cases of cerebral infarction in the aged patients with cerebral infarction were investigated and analysed.Results:The level of blood pressure,blood lipid and blood insulin in the aged patients with cerebral infarction were higher than those in control group,the difference was significant( P <0.05～ P < 0.001 ).Conclusions:The results suggest that cerebral infarction is associated with essential hypertension,hyperlipemia and insulin resistance.They may coexist and aggravate each other,so early diagnosis,treatment and prevention should be emphasized.更多还原
