剪切机机架最大剪切能力的估计

【摘要】 利用ANSYS有限元分析软件的结构分析模块和后处理模块计算并搜索出机架的第一主应力的最大值,在此基础上,通过ANSYS程序参数化语言APDL的功能编制了确定机架剪切能力的循环程序,为解决和评估工程结构的承载能力等问题提供了参考.

【Abstract】 A maximum value of the first principal stress is calculated and found by utilizing the structural analysis and postprocessing modules of ANSYS.Based on this analysis,a software that can repeatly determine the shear calability of the housings is designed by utilizing the Paramectric Design Language(APDL) of ANSYS,which provides references for the load capability of the structure.
