基于模糊神经网络的PID温度控制系统
Temperature Control System Based on Fuzzy-Neural PID
【摘要】 应用模糊神经网络PID控制技术,建立了高分子聚合物反应温度控制系统.该系统利用模糊神经网络调整PID参数,进一步完善了PID控制的自适应性能.自行设计了该控制系统的硬件和软件部分,可以接入8点热电阻信号,具有显示温度、自动控温、声光报警等功能,应用结果说明,该温度控制系统充分利用了模糊神经网络和PID控制的优点,具有良好的动、静态特性和自适应性.
【Abstract】 The temperature control system for macromolecule polymer reaction is designed by the method of Fuzzy_Neural PID control.Fuzzy_Neural Network is used to modulate PID parameters in this system,which further perfects the adaptive performance of PID control.The hardware and the software are designed independently for the control system which has functions of display,automatic temperature control,sound and flash alarm and which eight thermal resistor signals can be put in.The results of application show this temperature control system takes full advantage of Fuzzy_Neural Network and PID control,which has good dynamic,static and adaptive performances.
