K-H-V型渐开线少齿差行星传动变位系数的确定
Determination of Displacement Parameters of K-H-V Model Planetary Gear
【摘要】 为了改变在K H V型行星轮系设计中变位系数的确定过于复杂的情况 ,本文给出了一种简化设计的方法 ,在计算过程中令σ值为零 ,这样就有效地减少了计算量 ,设计的结果可以满足齿轮平稳传动中对齿廓重叠干涉和重叠系数的要求 .本方法同样适用于其他少齿差机构 .
【Abstract】 In order to simplify a calculation of σ in the design of K_H_V model planetary gear,it is proved that one of its displacement parameters σ should be zero because it has no relation of its practical stable transmission,thus reducing a great deal of calculating.This method is suited to the design of the same kind of mechanisms.
