【Abstract】 Editor’ infringement upon authors’ rights of revision is a rather protruding phenomenon of professional infringement upon rights. Its main causes are :editors’ view of legal system is vague; editors’ moral caharacter is not good; editors’ kmowledge cannot follow the necessity of the time;the limit of editors’ right of revision is not unified; and the law of copyright is not complete.
