旋流板捕捉麻石水膜烟气除尘脱硫装置的研制与运行

【摘要】 针对常规麻石水膜除尘器分离性能差 ,烟气净化达不到排放标准且带水严重、引起引风机振动等问题 ,研制了旋流板捕捉麻石水膜烟气除尘脱硫装置。该装置在常规麻石水膜除尘器的基础上 ,在主塔内增设 2~ 3层旋流板以强化气流的旋转运动 ,提高除尘和脱硫效率。本文介绍了该装置的试验研究情况 ,研究了除尘效率与进口速度、含尘浓度、粉尘粒径的关系 ;脱硫效率与进口流速、循环水 p H值的关系和装置的阻力与进口速度、进口含尘浓度的关系 ,并通过其实际运行结果证明 ,该装置除尘效率为 98.2 3%~ 98.50 %,脱硫效率达 70 %以上

【Abstract】 This paper introduces our experiment with and development of a device, known as the rotating stand water film capturing de dusting and de sulphurizing device. The device of ours can help improve the studies de dusting efficiency and speed up the flow and dust concentration. As is known, since the currently used de dusting and de sulphurizing device has the following shortcomings, such as low separating efficiency and low gas emission criterion and serious water laden, which lead to the strong fan vibration, our investigation started with desulfurization device. This new device appends some rotating stands to intensify rotary movements based on the common water film de duster so as to raise the efficiency of de dusting. Attached with a limewater absorber, this device can also be able to desulfurize the gas dust. And concentration of gas dust has no influence on the resistance lose of this device. Thus it can be proved that this device has high efficiency of dust removing and moderate efficiency of desulfurization, the moderate resistance to the loss, less power consumption of the fan and relief of water taking. In addition, the cost to make and run the new device has been considerably reduced as a result of our innovation, which suggests greater potentiality for continuing development of the de dusting and desulfurization technology.
