燃煤微生物预处理浮选脱硫的试验研究

【摘要】 研究了影响生物预处理浮选脱除煤中硫的几个因素 ,包括煤的粒度、驯化菌种及细菌组成等。指出生物预处理浮选脱硫是一种有效的洁净煤技术 ,同时给出了煤的粒度、不同驯化菌种及不同的细菌组成对脱硫及脱灰效果的影响。

【Abstract】 Based on its studies of several factors affecting microbial pretreatment and floating desulphurization of coal, for instance, those on the different granularities of the coal, different domestication of microbial and microbial ingredients, the present paper has concluded that the microbial pretreatment and floatation desulphurization should be one of the effective methods for coal cleaning. Meanwhile, the paper also sums up the effect of sulfur and ash removal on the granularity of coal, different domestication microbials and different microbial ingredients and so on. Last of all, the authors point out that microbial desulphurization should be one of the most effective methods of cleaning coal and the removal of sulfur, which helps to reach a removing rate up to 42%. The granularity of coal seems much more complicated than sulfur removal. Though sulfur removal in comparison with the microbial domestication by coal can be twice as effective as the microbial domesticated by coal and the microbial domesticated by 9k culture medium, there is no much difference among the three kinds of sulfur removal for both the secretion of the microbial and the cell of the microbial can effect the pyritic sulfur of the coal.
