钼致大白鼠精子畸变研究

【摘要】 选择成年健康雄性大白鼠 30只 ,随机分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ 5组。Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组用钼酸铵水溶液经口接毒 ,剂量分别为 365mg/kg( 1 /2LD50 )、1 76.5mg/kg( 1 /4LD50 )和 94.5mg/kg( 1 /8LD50 ) ,每天一次 ,连续 5天 ;Ⅳ组 (阳性对照组 )于处死前 1 .5~ 6h一次腹腔注射 3mg/kg秋水仙素 ;Ⅴ组不给药作为阴性对照组 ,以观察钼对大白鼠精子形态的影响。结果显示 :与Ⅴ组相比 ,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组大白鼠精子畸形率差异极显著 ( p <0 .0 1 )。说明钼酸铵可致大白鼠精子畸变 ,畸变主要发生在头部。

【Abstract】 Thirty adult healthy male mice were divided randomly into five groups of Ⅰ?Ⅱ?Ⅲ?ⅣandⅤ,with Ⅰ?Ⅱ?Ⅲ groups drunk each day for five days by the solution of ammonoum molysdate,dosage 365.0mg/kg body weight (1/2LD 50 ) ,176.5 mg/kg(1/4 LD 50 )and 94.5 mg/kg(1/8 LD 50 ) respectively,and Ⅳgroup (the positive contrast) injected 3 mg/kg body weight of colchicum plain into abdomimal cavityes one and a half to six hours before putting them to death , and Ⅴgroup the negative contrast to study the chang of their sperm deformity . The result showed that the sperm deformity rate of Ⅰ?Ⅱ?Ⅲ groups were strikingly different from that of Ⅴgrup (p<0.01) respectively,but lower than that of Ⅳ group.
