【摘要】 选择 2 0 8头黄淮山羊 ,根据生殖状态不同 ,按 2× 4试验设计方案分组 ,研究孕酮阴道栓对山羊同期发情的影响。结果表明 ,孕酮阴道栓处理 1 2天 ,1 4天 ,1 6天的 96hr的发情数平均 34.5 % ,产后羊高于生殖状态不明羊 1 4.61 % ,但差异不显著 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,产后羊 30天不返情率 60 .61 %。综合分析认为 ,同期发情以 1 2天为最佳孕酮阴道栓处理天数更多还原

【Abstract】 A total of 208 Huanghai goats were divided into several groups on basis of 2×4 experiement design according to the difference in goats reproduction to study the influence of Synchronization oestrus betweent the yielded goats and the unknown state of reproduction in 3 kinds of treat ment days by place of progesterone embolism.The result showed that the oestrus in 96 hours after the treatment of 12,14 and 16 days averaged 34.5%,and that of the yielded was 14.61% higher than that of the unknown,but there was no significantly differet between them(P>0.05).The back estrus date in 30 days after breeding the yielded and the unknown goats were 60.61% and 43.18% respectively with no obviously different(P>0.05).These results suggested that the best time of synchronization oestrus in goats by progesterone embolism was 12 days.更多还原
