【Abstract】 A cDNA fragment of hemagglutinin neuraminidae (HN) was obtained from Neucastle disease virus (NDV) Lasota strain by reverse transcription (RT) PCR with a pair of designed primers.Its length was about 1 7 kb, which conformed to the NDV HN gene fragment’s reported in the literature. The fragment was inserted into pcDNA3, an eukaryotic expression plasmid by a directional link. The constructed eukaryotic expression recombinant plasmid contained NDV HN gene was identified by an endonuclease and DNA sequencing.更多还原
