【Abstract】 As one of the basic propositions in the Primary Stage of Socialism, the Contradiction among the People Themselves has its new characteristic now. This makes the theory we had before out of place. Based on the reform and Chinas social position, Deng Xiaoping has the foresights at this. He tries to find out the background that leads to the contradictions and proposes the basic principles to resolve the contradiction systematically.
