【摘要】 目的　通过现状调查 ,为制定国家级及省级慢性非传染性疾病防治规划提供数据。方法　利用统一调查表对省、市级卫生防疫站 (疾病控制中心 )慢性非传染性疾病防治机构和省级慢性非传染性疾病防治办公室进行调查。结果　全省省级慢性非传染性疾病机构 8家 ,1家挂靠在有关单位的科室。市级有慢性非传染性疾病科 (慢性非传染性疾病防办 ) 14家 ,3家挂靠在有关单位的科室。 18个慢性非传染性疾病防治机构中共有专业人员 72人 ,现有万元以上设备的市有 3家 ,只有 3个市有实验室设备。各地工作均处于摸索和筹备阶段 ,全省共有 5个市部分实施了预防性诊疗规范。结论　慢性非传染性疾病防治工作在认识、能力和行动上滞后。各级对慢性非传染性疾病防治无经费投入 ,特别是预防工作极其薄弱。因此必须纳入卫生改革的整体规划 ,与社会经济协调发展。建立社会各成员合理分担的防制责任制度 ,尽快探索出适合我省省情的防治模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective In order to provide scientific basis for making non-infectious control programme of national levels, preventive diagnosis and treatment standardization.Methods control institutions and working status of chronic non-infectous disease institutions or offices at provincial and municipal levels were investigated with uniform questionnaire.Results The results showed that there were 8 provincial chronic non-infectious institutions, of them, one attached to other department; 14 municipal institutions, of them, 3 attached to other department, There were 72 staffs in 18 chronic non-infectious disease control in whole province was still on fumbling or preparing stage. Some of preventive diagnosis and treatment standardization in practice had been put in 5 cities institutions.Conclusions Leaders at various levels lacked of enough cognition for chromic non-infectious disease harm. They had not provided financial support for the work. Thus, prevention work is very weak. In order to change the situation, we should grasp chance of medical system reform plan and economic development schedule, establish reasonable share system of all member in the society, find out proper control model for our province. The results also suggested that groundwork construction of chronic disease control be the chief task in coming years.更多还原
