枞阳县食品卫生监督状况分析
Analysis of Food Hygiene Supervision Situation in Zongyang County
【摘要】 目的 了解全县当前食品卫生监督工作的现状及存在的主要问题。方法 采用整群抽样的方法调查 5 4 5名从业人员和非食品从业人员对《食品卫生法》相关知识的了解情况对 1993~ 2 0 0 0年全县食品卫生监督工作资料进行汇总统计分析。结果 1993至 2 0 0 0年 ,全县已颁布卫生许可证 2 76 0个 ,食品行业从业人员数 72 80人 ,健康证持有率 2 7.90 % ,8年间食品行业卫生许可证发放数和从业人员数平均增速分别为 2 6 .91%和 13.6 3% ,而健康证的持有率平均增速下降了 8.4 % ,同时《食品卫生法》相关知识的问卷调查发现从业人员和非从业人员对《食品卫生法》相关知识的了解并无明显差异 ,说明经常性卫生监督和卫生法律的宣传是我们工作中的簿弱环节。结论 加强经常性卫生监督和卫生法律规范的宣传是今后食品卫生监督工作的重点。
【Abstract】 Objective In order to understand situation of food hygiene supervision and main problems in Zongyang county.Methods cluster sampling ways were used to investigate knowledge about the food hygiene law of 545 people including food-related professionals and non-professionals and the data from 1993 to 2000of food hygiene supervision in the county were analyzed.Results The results showed that 2760 hygiene permission certificates were distributed in the county in eight years and food-related professionals had risen to 7280 and the possessing rate of health certificates was 27.90%, with the annual average increment rates of hygiene certificates and professionals 26.91% and 13.63% respectively. But the possession rate of health certificates decreased as 8.4%. Meanwhile, there was not significant difference about the understanding of food hygiene law between professionals and non-professionals (P>0.1). These showed there were weak points in hygiene supervision and hygiene laws education. Conclusions It was the main point to enforce the regular hygiene supervision and the education of relevant laws.
