氢化物原子荧光法测定饮用水中微量锡方法研究

【摘要】 目的 利用AFS— 2 30原子荧光分析仪对饮用水中微量锡含量的测定方法进行研究分析。方法 使用原子荧光法测定水中微量锡的条件为炉高 8.0mm ,灯电流 4 0mA ,负高压 30 0V ,载气流速为 30 0ml/min。结果 本法检出限为 0 .95ng/ml,相对标准差 <6 % ,回收率 93.6 %~ 110 .0 % ,其它金属不产生干扰。结论 操作简单 ,灵敏度高 ,适宜于水中微量锡的测定。

【Abstract】 Objective In order to study detection of micro-tin content in water, AFS-230 Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometer was used. Methods The conditions of the method were as follow: atomizer height: 8.0mm, lamp current: 40mA, high voltage of PMT: 300V and flow rate of carrier gas: 300ml/min. Results The results indicated that the detection limit was 0.95ng/ml, the relative standard deviation was lower than 6%, and the recovery rate ranged from 93.6 % to 110.0%. There was no interaction to the metal. Conclusions The operation was easy and its sensitivity was higher.
