毒鼠强测定方法研究——毛细管柱气相色谱法
Study of Tetramine Detection Using Capillary Column of Gas Chromatography
【摘要】 目的 研究毒鼠强的测定方法。方法 毛细管柱气相色谱法 :火焰光度检测器 ,硫滤光片 ,中等极性毛细管柱 ,程序升温 ,起始温度 2 10℃ ,1min ,以 10℃ /min速率升至 2 4 0℃ ,保持 5min ,进样器温度 2 5 0℃ ,检测器温度 2 6 0℃。结果 检出限 1.5× 10 -10 g.s-1、精密度RSD 0 .5 9%、重复性RSD 1.6 %、测量范围 10~2 0 0ng ,8种有机硫农药不干扰测定。结论 本方法能满足日常卫生检测的需要。
【Abstract】 In order to build a method of tetramine detection, capillary column of gas chromatography was applied. Condition of the method was as follow: a flame photometry detector, a optical filter of sulfur, a semi-polar capillary column, programming temperatures: initial temperatures 210℃, then raised to 240℃ at speed of 10℃/min, keeping the temperature for 5min, temperature of injector 250℃, temperatures of detector 260℃. The results showed that detection limit was 1.5×10 -10 g.s -1 . RSD of the precision was 0.59%. RSD of the repeatability was 1.6%. the detection range was 10-200ng. 8 organic sulfides didn t disturb the detection. Thus, the method was suitable for tetramine detection.
