含偶氮基的Schiff碱-高锰酸钾-硫酸化学发光体系研究
CHEMILUMINESCENT SYSTEM OF SCHIFF BASE WITH AZOSUBSTITUTED GROUPS-POTASSIUM PERMANGANATE-SULFURIC ACID
【摘要】 新合成的含偶氮基的Schiff碱 5 (4 羧基苯偶氮 ) 8 水杨醛缩氨基喹啉 (p CPSAQ)及其类似化合物在酸性条件下 ,被KMnO4 氧化产生较强的化学发光 ,研究二者混合前后紫外 可见吸收光谱的变化 ,初步确定了发生反应的官能团 ,推测了发光机理 .考察了该体系化学发光反应的条件及共存物质对发光强度的影响 ,建立了测定含偶氮基Schiff碱的方法 ,该法的线性范围为 2 .5×10 - 6 ~ 5 .0× 10 - 5mol/L ,检测限为 3.8× 10 - 7mol/L ,对 1.0× 10 - 5mol/L的 p CPSAQ进行连续 7次平行测定 ,相对标准偏差为 2 .6 % .成功地用于合成样品的分析 .
【Abstract】 Newly synthesized 5 (4 Rphenylazo) 8 salicyldeneami noquinoline show intensive chemiluminescence(CL) when oxidized by potassium permanganate in the sufuric acid. The possible mechanism is proposed based on absorent spectrum of schiff base. The main facts which affected the CL reaction were examined. A new analytical method for determination of schiff base with Azosubstituted groups was proposed. The linear relationship between the intensity of CL and the concentration of schiff base is in the range of 2.5×10 -6 ~5.0×10 -5 mol/L, and the detection of limit is 3.8×10 -7 mol/L schiff base is 2.6%. The method has been successfully used n analysis of synthesized samples.
