【Abstract】 Our finance charter starts late. Although there are a lot of these kinds of companies at present, they are neither strong nor profitable. There exist a lot of problems, such as backward business ideas, narrow operating scope, confused management system and short of funds and staff members etc. We should speed up the rearrangement of capitals, broaden the operating scope, standardize the operating system and strengthen the cooperation of horizontal economic ties to promote its healthy development.更多还原
