安徽红籽瓜及其自交一代粗脂肪含量分析

【摘要】 对安徽红籽瓜及其自交一代进行了分析比较 ,结果表明 :①安徽红籽瓜种仁粗脂肪含量丰富。②含山、凤阳、合肥红籽瓜自交一代粗脂肪含量并没有显著差异 ;但是含山和凤阳的红籽瓜自交一代与黑籽瓜自交一代之间存在显著差异。③变异系数的比较显示含山的红籽瓜自交一代更有希望选育出优良自交系。④由相关回归分析可知 ,粗脂肪含量与种子长×宽、千粒重、种子长呈正相关 ,其回归方程分别为 :y =2 7.2 15x1 + 2 2 .3 98,y =0 .115x2 + 3 3 .746和y =12 .85 8x23+ 2 7.42 7,(y为粗脂肪含量 % ;x1 为种子长宽乘积mm2 ;x2 为种子千粒重g ;x3为种子长mm。

【Abstract】 The content of crude fat of red seed using watermelon and its first self bred generation in Anhui were studied in the paper.The results showed that: (1) the kernel inside red seed using watermelon was rich in the content of crude fat; (2) among the contents of crude fat in the first self-bred generations of red seed using watermelon, there is no significant difference, but the first self-bred generations in Hanshan and Fengyang Counties were superior to the first self bred generation of the black seed using watermelon at significant level; (3) the first self bred generation of red seed using watermelon in Hanshan had more promise of being selected for good self lines by the Comparative of Coefficient of Variability and (4) the correlation and regression analysis indicated that there was a positive correlation between the content of crude fat and the length and width of seed, 1000 grain weight. The regression equations were calculated respectively to be y 1=27.215x 1+ 22.398 ,y 2=0.115x 2+33.746 and y 3=12.858x 2 3+27.427.
