【Abstract】 To narrow the gap between the urban and the rural, and to increase the peasants’ income, the articale belives that it is necessary to adopt measures as following: expanding the export of agricultural products with competetive strengths, putting more investment into foundmental construction of agriculture, implementing the strategy for promoting agriculture by science and technology, developing non-agriculture industries, quickening the movement of surpluse labour force, and broadening the way of increasing peasants’ earnings as well as reducing the burden of peasants.更多还原
