【Abstract】 Humanity mentality has been analyzed and individuality Agent administrative layered model has been constructed. They are requirement module, driving module, preference address table and outlook module. Requirement module has been chiefly analyzed. Thought strategy and security system are low-layered framework system while communication request, reasoning system and interpreting system are high-layered framework system.
