聚乙二醇—邻苯三酚红非有机溶剂萃取光度法测定铋的研究
Study on Extraction Spectrophotometric Determination of Bismuthum by Using Polye thylene Glycol-Pyrogallol Red With Non-organic Solvents
【摘要】 研究了邻苯三酚红(PR)作为萃取剂和显色剂在聚乙二醇—2000(PEG)—(NH4)2SO4—PR体系中非有机溶剂萃取光度法测定铋。将PR—Bi(Ⅲ)配合物从pH2.3的溶液中萃取到PEG相,其最大吸收波长位于570nm,ε=1.25×105。Bi(Ⅲ)的线性范围为0~2.5μg/ml,Bi(Ⅲ)与PR的配合比为1∶3。将所建立的高灵敏度测定Bi(Ⅲ)的方法用于纯铜中铋的分析,获得满意结果。
【Abstract】 In the system of polyethylene glycol PEG-NH42SO4-PR the spectrophotometric det ermination of Bismuthum by using PR as extr actant and color reagent with non-organic s olvents was studied. The complex was ex tracted by PEG phase from the aqueous solut ion of HCl PH=2.3. The maximum absorption of the complex is at 570nm with the molar ab sorptiveties ? 1.2穖ol穋m-1 Beer’s law was obeyed in the range 0-2.5ìg/ml. The Bismuthum with PR formed a stable complex in the molar ratio of 1 3.
