超临界流体CO2萃取南瓜籽油的初步研究

【摘要】 以超临界流体CO2萃取技术对南瓜籽中的油脂提取进行了初步研究。研究了不同物料粒度、萃取压力、萃取温度、萃取时间及CO2流量对南瓜籽油萃取率的影响。

【Abstract】 Theauthorhasinitiallystudiedthetechniqueofextractingoilfromseedsofcucurbitasppwithsupercriticalcarbon dioxide.Thestudywasconcentratedon theeffectofgranulesizes,pressure,temperature,extractiontimeand flowrateon the productionoftheoilfromseedsofcucurbitaspp.
