BaMnZnCo-W型铁氧体微波吸收特性的研究
Studies of microwave-absorbing properties of BaMnZnCo-W type ferrite
【摘要】 对BaMnZn -W型铁氧体的制备和Co2 +含量对其微波吸收特性的影响进行了分析研究 ,发现有一个 2 .5mm厚的涂层在 1 1 .5GHz频率左右有一较大的损耗吸收峰 ,峰值高达40dB。初步分析了此损耗吸收峰可能产生的机制 ,同时比较了在相同条件下加碳纤维前后铁氧体吸收特性的变化
【Abstract】 In this paper, the preparation of BaMnZn-W type ferrite and the influence of Co 2+ ions on their absorption properties have been studied and analysized .It is found that one big loss absorption peaks of one coat with 2.5mm thickness appears at about 11.5GHz frequency ,and the maximum absorption is almost reach 40dB.The possible origin of the loss absorption peaks have been preliminarily discussed .Meantime, with adding carbon fiber in the materials prepared with the same process,the difference of absorption properties have been compared.
