【摘要】 报道了二甲亚砜 (DMSO)对水稻种子“金优”、“特优”萌发的影响 ,并对以后若干性状进行研究。结果表明 ,不同浓度的DMSO溶液对水稻种子初期萌发及其后幼苗的根长与苗高皆有一定的影响。0 .0 5 %DMSO对水稻的根长有促进作用。另根据过氧化物同工酶电泳分析表明 :DMSO处理表现出明显的短期效应。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effects of DMSO-pretreatment have been studied on the germination,chlorphyll contents and isoenzyme of rice.The results showed that 0.05%DMSO could raise germination percentage with viability and index of seed vigor,promote root It has been indicated by the experimrnt that high of concentration DMSO could apparently inhibit the growth of the seeds.In the meantime,isoenzyme patterns demonstrated that DMSO-pretreatment showed a short-term effect.更多还原
