魔芋及其种植土壤中矿质元素的测定与结果分析

【摘要】 采用等离子体原子发射光谱 (ICP-AES)的测定方法精确测量了魔芋球茎、表皮及其种植土壤中多种矿物质元素的含量 ,并做了初步分析 ,为魔芋产品的研发提供重要依据 ,也为进一步开发魔芋优良品种和平衡施肥提供科学信息和依据。

【Abstract】 A method for the determination of trace elements in Amorphophallus konjak corm, skin and the soil by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES) has been used . The analysis will benefit the work of konjac production studing.It will alsobe helpful to empoldering excellent konjac variety and scientific fertilization .
