【Abstract】 Pathogenicity, morphological character, physiological and biochemical character of strains isolated from stored rot rootstock and diseased konnyaku plant(Amorphallus konjac) were studied and the results showed that strain 3 and 4 were Erwinia carotovora subsp. carotovora, but their pathogenicity ,owing to the differentiation phenomenon of physiology, was significantly different on konnyaku plant and rootstock, strain 1,2 and 5 were pathogen of konnyaku rootstalk during storage, did not infect konnyaku plant.更多还原
