二维骨料密度分布的边界效应
Wall effect on the two-dimensional aggregate density distribution
【摘要】 讨论了二维单尺寸和多尺寸骨料密度分布的边界效应。首先 ,开发了简单的二维骨料分布的计算机模拟系统。利用这一模拟系统 ,对单尺寸和多尺寸骨料 ,生成了不同骨料密度下的骨料分布图案。其次 ,根据模拟数据得知 ,一个混凝土试件是由边界层和中心区域两部分组成 ,而且对于给定的骨料面积百分比 ,混凝土截面上的骨料密度函数由上升段、下降段和水平段组成。运用数学回归 ,将峰值骨料密度、中心区域骨料密度、边界层厚度和混凝土截面上的骨料密度函数表示为混凝土骨料密度的函数。最后 ,混凝土实验证明了模拟结果的有效性 ,并得到了相应的结论。
【Abstract】 The wall effect on the two-dimensional aggregate density distribution for mono-sized and multi-sized aggregate is discussed in this paper.First,a simple computer simulation system is developed for the two-dimensional aggregate distribution.With the help of the simulation system,aggregate distribution patterns with different aggregate densities are produced.Based on the simulation results,it is found that a concrete element consists of two parts:a boundary layer and a central region and for a given aggregate density the aggregate density function on a concrete cross-section consists of an ascending branch,a descending branch and a horizontal line.By applying mathematical regression,the peak density,the density in the central region,the thickness of the boundary layer and the aggregate density distribution are expressed as functions of aggregate density.Finally,the effectiveness of the simulated results is confirmed by a concrete experiment,and the corresponding conclusion is then drawn.
