混凝土小型空心砌块建筑温度裂缝控制的概念设计法
The conceptualized design method about control on temperature cracks of concrete hollow pint-sized block building(CHPBB)
【摘要】 由于墙体温度裂缝的存在 ,混凝土小型空心砌块建筑的推广应用受到了很大的阻碍。同时 ,混凝土小型空心砌块温度裂缝的控制问题也令广大设计人员十分苦恼 ,因为无法确切把握温度裂缝的整体规律。从混凝土小型空心砌块建筑的整体有限元分析和单片原型墙体的试验结果出发 ,在了解温度裂缝在建筑墙体中整体分布和各种构造措施的实际抗裂效果的基础上 ,用整体概念设计方法代替以往的感性设计方法 ,并且提出了控制温度裂缝的实际措施 ,从而收到较满意的效果。
【Abstract】 Wall cracks have badly disturbed CHPBBs popularizing in China,at the same time the design of control on temperature cracks of CHPBB puzzle the architect?builder and land agent because the global rule of temperature cracks arent surely mastered.In this paper,a global conceptualized design method on temperature cracks of CHPBB is given instead of the perceptual design method.Through the global finite element analysis of CHPBB and the wall experimentation,this design method is given base on the global rule of temperature cracks on CHPBB and the crack resisting effect of the different control techniques.Finally the design control techniques are given base on the global conceptualized design method.
