离心定向凝固的过共晶Bi-Mn合金组织形态对磁性能的影响
Effect of the Hypereutectic Bi-Mn Alloy Structure Under the Centrifugal Unidirectional Solidification on the Magnetic Property
【摘要】 对过共晶Bi Mn合金 ( 5 %Mn)采用离心定向凝固的工艺进行研究表明 ,适当的工艺参数下可形成内外分层组织 ,而中心为在Bi中均匀分布着粗纤维状的MnBi化合物 ;测量表明 ,这样的组织使其磁学性能大大提高 ,其原因在于MnBi本身的晶型各向异性及形状各向异性的共同叠加
【Abstract】 The hypereutectic Bi Mn alloy (with 5%Mn) was studied with the centrifugal unidirectional solidification, the result shows that layer separated structure can be obtained with proper process parameter, the inner layer is thick fibrous MnBi intermetallic compound homogeneously distributed in pure Bi. This alloy’s magnetic property may be highly improved by this kind homogeneously of structure, which is caused by the joint effect of the crystal style and shape anisotropy of MnBi.
