金属液通过泡沫陶瓷过滤器流动现象的研究

【摘要】 对通过泡沫陶瓷过滤器的液态金属的流动现象进行了综合分析，主要研究了液态金属流动状态，引流启动，通过过滤器时最低浇注温度。指出了滤饼机制与流动阻力的关系以及对最低浇注温度的要求。

【Abstract】 This paper gives a synthesis analysis on the flow phenomenon of molten metal through the cellu- lar ceramic filter, including mainly the flow state of molten metal, starting up for causing flow, the lowest cast temperature of molten metal through the filter. It points out the relationship between the filtration mechanism and flowing resistance, as well as the lowest cast temperature required for molten metal through the cellular ceramic filter.
