玻璃模具用低铬D型石墨灰铸铁的研究
A Study on D-type Graphite Grey Cast Iron with Lower Chromium Alloying Element for Making Glass Mold
【摘要】 对低铬D型石墨灰铸铁的成分、组织和性能进行了研究。试验结果表明 :选择适宜的基本元素 ( 3 4 %C、2 2 %Si、 0 5 %Mn、 <0 15 %S、 <0 12 %P) ,控制Cr和Cu的含量分别为 0 75 %和 0 7%,用湿砂型和在下型安放大块冷铁的铸造工艺控制冷却速度 ,经热处理后 ,可获得具有良好石墨形态的D型石墨灰铸铁 ,其抗氧化和热疲劳性能分别是普通灰铸铁的 4 1倍和 4 2倍 ,适于制作玻璃模具。
【Abstract】 The compositions, microstructures and properties of D-type graphite grey cast iron with lower chromium have been studied. The experimental results show that by selecting appropriate general elements (3.4%C, 2.2%Si, 0.5%Mn, <0.15%S, <0.12% P) and alloying elements such as 0.75% of chromium and 0.7% of copper, using green-sand mold, putting chill iron in drag to control cooling rate,finer D-type graphite cast iron can be obtained after heating treatment, which is fitted to make the glass mold. The oxidation-resistance and heat-fatigue of D-type graphite grey cast iron are 4.1 times and 4.2 times larger than that of the general grey cast iron, respectively.
