704合金的常压熔炼及其耐蚀性

【摘要】 研究了不同熔炼条件下超低碳奥氏体高合金钢——— 70 4合金在硫酸及硫酸铝中的腐蚀行为 ,分析了用返回料常压熔炼的材料经腐蚀后的金相组织。结果表明 :返回料常压熔炼可代替真空熔炼 70 4合金 ,且不影响其使用性能 ;加入较多返回料易出现晶间腐蚀 ,采用固溶处理 ( 110 0℃ +30min)可抑制晶间腐蚀的产生

【Abstract】 The corrosion behaviors of the alloy 704 which is an austenitic stainless steel with low carbon molten in various conditions have been studied in sulfuric acid and aluminum sulfate. The microstructures of the corrosive surface of the alloy molten in atmosphere using recycled alloy have been analyzed. Results show that the alloy 704 could be synthesized in air melting instead of in vacuum melting without influencing its properties. Although adding much more recycled alloy would cause inter granular corrosion, but it can be prevented by solid solution treatment at 1100℃ for 30 min.
