【摘要】 目的 :在小梁切除术中联合应用丝裂霉素和透明质酸钠 ,观察术后前房 ,眼压的恢复和控制情况。方法 :通过对 3 5例 3 7只眼 ,术中使用 0 .2 %的丝裂霉素棉片放置于巩膜瓣下 3分钟 ,手术将结束时 ,前房注入透明质酸钠。结果 :术后仅 2例前房形成不好 ,4例眼压控制不满意。绝大部分病例的眼压控制在较低水平。结论 :术中联合应用丝裂霉素及透明质酸钠 ,可提高青光眼滤过手术的成功率和安全性 ,减少并发症的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the roles of Mitomycin C and Sodium Hyaluronate in trabeculectomy. Methods: For 37 eyes of 35 cases, 0.2% Mitomycin C cotton patch was put under sclera flap for 3 minutes and at ending stage Sodium Hyaluronate was injected into anterior chamber during the operation. Results: Intraocular tensions in most of the cases were controlled within normal lower range in post-operation. Anterior chambers of 2 cases were not well formed and intraocular tensions of 4 cases were still in high level. Conclusion: Application of Mitomycin C and Sodium Hyaluronate in trabeculectomy elevated the rate of success, made the operation more safety and reduced complications.更多还原
