【摘要】 目的　探讨过氟化碳液化 (L iquid perfluorocarbon,L PFC)在玻璃体切除术中的应用　方法　应用 L PFC在玻璃体切除术中打开视网膜漏斗、翻转视网膜巨大裂孔的后瓣、稳定视网膜后剥除视网膜前膜及眼内激光等。对 40例患者临床资料进行分析。结果　所有患者视网膜均复位。结论　 L PFC作为“流动的液体操作工具”应用于玻璃体切除手术中可改善手术操作 ,提高手术效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the clinical application of liquid perfluorocarbon (LPFC) in vitrectomy surgery. Methods: In vitrectomy, retinal funnel was opened up, subretinal fluid was displaced and posterior retina stabilized with perfluorocarbon liquids, retinal membrane peeling and endolaser photocoagulation were done. Result: The retina was reattached in all cases. Conclusion: As an operative hydrodynamic tool, LPFC can be used in vitrectomy to improve the management of operation and the effects of treatment.更多还原
