【摘要】 目的 :为探讨原发性睫状体前旋型青光眼的临床表现和 UBM对此型青光眼的诊断价值。方法 :选择 2例经 UBM确诊为睫状体前旋型青光眼患者 ,比较了其临床表现和 UBM的形态特征 ,并与 1例睫状体位置正常的发育性青光眼比较。结果 :证实 UBM检查可明确地显示睫状体前旋型青光眼的形态特征。结论 :UBM对原发性睫状体前旋型青光眼有重要的鉴别诊断意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 To discover the morphologic characteristics and the clinical significance of patient with glaucoma due to primary forward rotation of the ciliary body.Methods:We chose 4 eyes of 2 patients with glaucoma due to primary forward rotation of the ciliary body to be examined by ultrasound biomicroscopy (UBM) for the morphologic characteristics,and compared them to developing glaucoma with the ciliary body in normal position.Result:UBM can discover the morphorlogic characteristics of glaucoma due to primary forward rotation of the ciliary body.Conclusion:UBM can be used to make different definication for patients with glaucoma due to primary forward rotation of the ciliary body.更多还原
