【摘要】 目的　应用同种异体脱钙骨移植 ,修复因肿瘤 /瘤样病变切除后的下颌骨缺损 ,并研究其临床适应征、方法和要求。方法　异体脱钙下颌骨按 U rist氏法制备成部分脱钙骨 ,术中即刻植入 ,截骨端采用钛板或钢丝结扎固定。结果　16例中 14例获得成功 ,宿主接受脱钙骨移植术后 3～ 5天 ,术区明显肿胀、渗出、体温达 39℃ ,7～ 10天恢复正常。术后3～ 6月 X线摄片移植骨与宿主骨界面模糊 ,有骨痂形成。随访颌面外形、下颌运动、咬牙合关系 ,张口度恢复正常。结论　经脱钙处理的异体下颌骨免疫反应轻 ,形态自然 ,成形方便 ,有较好的机械支撑强度和成骨诱导能力 ,是修复下颌骨缺损的理想替代材料更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the application of decalcifying mandible allografts to reconstruct the mandibule defects. Methods Homologous decalcifying mandible was made according to Urist’s fixation to ensure the stability of thd decalcifying mandible Results 14 out of 16 cases succeeded. Severe topic inflammation happened 3～5 days postoperatively which disappeared 7～10 days later, The boundary layer between the graft and the host bone was obscure where osseous callus was found through x ray radiography. Facial contour, movement of mandible and occlusion as well as the open bite degree restored.Conclusion The homologous decalcifying mandible has good convenient plasticity, strong pressure resistance power and fine osteoinductive activity. Hence, it is an ideal surrogate to reconstructing the defects of mandible.更多还原
